Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups ham (cubed)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery (finely diced)
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Instruction

  • Place the cubed ham into a food processor. Pulse a few times until ham is finely chopped. Do not over work or ham will become a paste.
  • Place ham in a bowl along with mayonnaise, celery, pickle relish and dijon mustard. Stir lightly until combined.
  • Add to a sandwich or crackers or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
