Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups ham (cubed)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery (finely diced)
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Instruction
- Place the cubed ham into a food processor. Pulse a few times until ham is finely chopped. Do not over work or ham will become a paste.
- Place ham in a bowl along with mayonnaise, celery, pickle relish and dijon mustard. Stir lightly until combined.
- Add to a sandwich or crackers or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
