Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups ham cubed
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups carrots cubed
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
Instruction
- up to prior cook your white rice, and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and add to the pan when the oil is hot.
- Stir gently with a wooden spoon just until cooked. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a LARGE wok or skillet over medium-high heat , add garlic. When garlic is lightly browned, add ham and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until ham is nice and hot.
- Add carrots cook until are tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger and crushed .
- over medium heat add the rice, cooking until hot and the rice is beginning to pop. add the egg and the sauce mixture, stirring to combine.
- Top with green onion and serve immediately.
