Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 medium croissants; sliced
- 6 large/XL eggs ((8 medium))
- 4 slices of deli ham; thick
- 4 slices smoked Swiss cheese; thick
- Apricot jam
- Butter
- Salt/Pepper; to taste
Instruction
- In a pan, heat the deli ham on both sides; set aside.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with desired amount of salt and pepper.
- In a small skillet, add the butter and allow it to melt.
- Add the eggs and allow them to complete cook on one side before flipping them over.
- Then flip them over and allow them to finish cooking through. Cut into 4 patties.
- Layer the cheese on the bottom piece of the croissant.
- Place the ham on the cheese, then the egg.
- Spread the apricot jam on the underside of the croissant top.
- Replace the top of the croissant.
- The jam will soften and "melt" as it comes in contact with the hot egg and ham.
- Cut and enjoy.
