Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 medium croissants; sliced
  • 6 large/XL eggs ((8 medium))
  • 4 slices of deli ham; thick
  • 4 slices smoked Swiss cheese; thick
  • Apricot jam
  • Butter
  • Salt/Pepper; to taste

Instruction

  • In a pan, heat the deli ham on both sides; set aside.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl with desired amount of salt and pepper.
  • In a small skillet, add the butter and allow it to melt.
  • Add the eggs and allow them to complete cook on one side before flipping them over.
  • Then flip them over and allow them to finish cooking through. Cut into 4 patties.
  • Layer the cheese on the bottom piece of the croissant.
  • Place the ham on the cheese, then the egg.
  • Spread the apricot jam on the underside of the croissant top.
  • Replace the top of the croissant.
  • The jam will soften and "melt" as it comes in contact with the hot egg and ham.
  • Cut and enjoy.
