The following ingredients have 36 Servings
- 16- oz cooked ham, (chopped)
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, (softened)
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 4 to 5 flour burrito tortillas
Instruction
- Mix softened cream cheese with the ham, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion powder, brown sugar, swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of ham mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla up gently, yet tightly to make sure it holds together and keeps its shape.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the softened cheese. Cut off ends of tortilla roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
