The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • HAM BALLS
  • 1 pound(s) ground sausage
  • 1 pound(s) ground ham
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup(s) milk
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1/4 cup(s) vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard

Instruction

  • Combine ham ball mixture and form into balls about the size of a cupcake.Place in a casserole dish.
  • Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook over med-low heat until it boils and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
