The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- HAM BALLS
- 1 pound(s) ground sausage
- 1 pound(s) ground ham
- 1 cup(s) bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- SAUCE
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1/4 cup(s) vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
Instruction
- Combine ham ball mixture and form into balls about the size of a cupcake.Place in a casserole dish.
- Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook over med-low heat until it boils and the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
