Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup cooked ham (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 12 oz egg noodles (cooked and drained)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream until smooth.
- Add ham, minced onion, salt, and cheese.
- Gently fold in egg noodles, turning to coat well.
- Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Watch the casserole during the last 10 minutes - you might need to put foil over to prevent the edges from getting too brown.
