Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup cooked ham (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 12 oz egg noodles (cooked and drained)

Instruction

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add ham, minced onion, salt, and cheese.
  • Gently fold in egg noodles, turning to coat well.
  • Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Watch the casserole during the last 10 minutes - you might need to put foil over to prevent the edges from getting too brown.
