Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 3 cups pasta your choice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablesppons breadcrumbs

Instruction

  • Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 15 minutes or until al dente.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a medium skillet, melt down butter with garlic. Add ham and cook until slightly golden. Add milk and cheese. Once the cheese begins to melt whisk in flour, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Once a thick sauce comes together, toss over the pasta, then return to the skillet.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 10 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
