Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
  • 8 ounces diced ham
  • 3 green onions, (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (30-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, (thawed)
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, (divided)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Grease a 5 to 6-quart slow cooker.
  • In a large bowl, stir together potato soup, sour cream, and cream cheese.
  • Stir in ham, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, hash browns, and 1 1/ cups Colby Jack cheese.
  • Transfer to slow cooker.
  • Place 2 layers of paper towels on top of slow cooker and cover with lid.
  • Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup colby cheese and the cheddar cheese. Cover and cook another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
