- 8 cups stock (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 pound cooked ham (diced)
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 2 carrots (medium sized, sliced)
- 3 celery stalks (medium sized, sliced)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- salt & pepper (to taste)
