The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 20 ounces dried beans (we used a bag of 15 bean soup blend)
  • 8 cups stock (chicken or vegetable)
  • 1 pound cooked ham (diced)
  • 1 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 carrots (medium sized, sliced)
  • 3 celery stalks (medium sized, sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
