Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 16- oz cooked ham (chopped)
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup shredded swiss cheese
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, (softened)
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tsp dried parsley
Instruction
- Combine ham, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, cream cheese, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and onion powder.
- Divide mixture into two portions and shape into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
- Remove cheese balls from plastic wrap and roll in chopped pecans and parsley.
