Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 150 gr taro (peeled )
- 60 gr tapioca starch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 35 gr hot water (you may need more, you may not)
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 100 gr ground pork
- 20 gr dried shrimp (soak in warm water until soft)
- 4 wood ear mushrooms (soak in warm water until tripled in size and cut into strips)
- 2 cups mung bean sprouts (optional)
- 1 stalk green onions (white part only, cut into 2-inch stalks)
- 2 shallots (peeled and finely minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste or as needed
- Fried shallot crisp
