Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 150 gr taro (peeled )
  • 60 gr tapioca starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 35 gr hot water (you may need more, you may not)
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 100 gr ground pork
  • 20 gr dried shrimp (soak in warm water until soft)
  • 4 wood ear mushrooms (soak in warm water until tripled in size and cut into strips)
  • 2 cups mung bean sprouts (optional)
  • 1 stalk green onions (white part only, cut into 2-inch stalks)
  • 2 shallots (peeled and finely minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled and finely minced)
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste or as needed
  • Fried shallot crisp
