Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 Eggs; hard-boiled
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 5 cups Flour
  • 1 cube Chicken bouillon
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cube Chicken bouillon

Instruction

  • See recipe for Picklese filling at http://www.bigoven.com/recipe/266775/Haitian-Spicy-Coleslaw-Picklese. Then follow these directions. Cut flour into butter. Dissolve 1 cube bouillon in 3/4 cup cold water. Add liquid to flour mixture slowly and mix in (don't let it get too soft). Roll out dough on table. Peel tomatoes. Dice into small pieces. Add 1/2 cube bouillon. Add tomato mixture to rest of vegetable mixture from Picklese recipe above. Roll dough out and put in 1/2 boiled egg with a little veggie mixture or just veggie mixture. Shaped like perogies. Fry in hot oil until brown.
