Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup unsalted butter ((2 sticks), softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons black cocoa powder ((Dutched))
- 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Candy eyeballs
- Mini peanut butter cups.
Instruction
- Beat the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl, until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well-combined.
- Stir in the flour, cocoa powders, and salt, and roll the dough into balls, about 1 tablespoon.
- Coat the balls in chocolate sprinkles and press in the candy eyeballs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Bake the cookies (on parchment-lined baking sheets) for 10 minutes; cool completely. Place on mini peanut butter cups.
