Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup unsalted butter ((2 sticks), softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons black cocoa powder ((Dutched))
  • 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Candy eyeballs
  • Mini peanut butter cups.

Instruction

  • Beat the butter and sugar together in a large mixing bowl, until fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well-combined.
  • Stir in the flour, cocoa powders, and salt, and roll the dough into balls, about 1 tablespoon.
  • Coat the balls in chocolate sprinkles and press in the candy eyeballs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake the cookies (on parchment-lined baking sheets) for 10 minutes; cool completely. Place on mini peanut butter cups.
