  • 1/2 cup Flour on a plate
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 2 TBS Butter
  • 3 sprigs of Thyme
  • 1/2 c White Wine such as Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1/2 c Cream
