  • 3 cups Cabbage (finely sliced)
  • 1 piece Ginger (peeled, grated)
  • 1 clove Garlic (grated)
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil (for frying)
