- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ¼ cup diced red onions
- ¼ cup diced cilantro
- ¼ cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ jalapeno (deseeded, diced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt/pepper to taste

Instruction
- In a large bowl combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix.When ready to eat add the heated up Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa to the salad. Mix.
