The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ¼ cup diced red onions
  • ¼ cup diced cilantro
  • ¼ cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ jalapeno (deseeded, diced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa cup

Instruction

  • In a large bowl combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix.When ready to eat add the heated up Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa to the salad. Mix.
