Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 1/2 jalapeno (deseeded and diced)
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped )
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, for garnishing (optional)
Instruction
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a molcajete or medium bowl. Add the lime and salt and mash with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Check for seasoning and add more lime or salt if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy.
