Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 jalapeno (deseeded and diced)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped )
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, for garnishing (optional)

Instruction

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a molcajete or medium bowl. Add the lime and salt and mash with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Check for seasoning and add more lime or salt if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy.
