The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ½ lbs Yukon gold potatoes (peeled and quartered)
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 clove garlic (chopped)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 (5.3 oz) pkg Gruyere cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 (5.3 oz) pkg Gouda cheese, shredded and divided
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 pinches fresh cracked pepper
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh flat-leaf parsley (divided)
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh chives (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh tarragon leaves (divided)

Instruction

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
