Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small head cauliflower (rice (2 cups))
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Rice the cauliflower, if needed. The riced cauliflower does not need to be cooked first.
- Brown turkey in skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Once browned, add in cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup mozzarella. Stir well to combine.
- Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 30 minutes.
