Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small head cauliflower (rice (2 cups))
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Rice the cauliflower, if needed. The riced cauliflower does not need to be cooked first.
  • Brown turkey in skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Once browned, add in cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup mozzarella. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
