The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 medium leek (quartered lengthwise and sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves ((or 1 teaspoon dried))
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1-1/2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1-1/2 lbs Russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup half-and-half (plus more as needed)
- Salt and white pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg yolk
