Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning (divided)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 roma tomatoes (seeds removed, diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
Instruction
- Add sour cream and cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl. Beat to combine until smooth. Add one envelope of taco seasoning - mixing until combined.
- Spread into bottom of 9x9 baking dish and refrigerate while you're browning the beef.
- Then In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add water and 1 envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
- Spread ground beef mixture over cream cheese.
- Top ground beef layer with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, cilantro and olives. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
