Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 serrano peppers
- 2 teaspoons Spicy Montreal Spice (or use regular Montreal Spice)
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 6-8 strips bacon (baked at 400F for 10 minutes and cut into small pieces)
- 4 buns
Instruction
- Using a food processor add ground beef, pepper, spices, garlic cloves, and tomato paste. Pulse until everything is blended.
- Add meat to the skillet and cook on medium/high heat, until meat is cooked thru about 10 minutes. Stirring few times.
- Try the meat and season with salt, to taste.
- Next, turn off the heat and stir in cheddar cheese.
- Serve over toasted buns and garnish with cooked bacon.
