Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 serrano peppers
  • 2 teaspoons Spicy Montreal Spice (or use regular Montreal Spice)
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 6-8 strips bacon (baked at 400F for 10 minutes and cut into small pieces)
  • 4 buns

Instruction

  • Using a food processor add ground beef, pepper, spices, garlic cloves, and tomato paste. Pulse until everything is blended.
  • Add meat to the skillet and cook on medium/high heat, until meat is cooked thru about 10 minutes. Stirring few times.
  • Try the meat and season with salt, to taste.
  • Next, turn off the heat and stir in cheddar cheese.
  • Serve over toasted buns and garnish with cooked bacon.
