Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • dash salt (or to taste)
  • dash pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 medium summer squash (yellow or green)
  • 1 medium tomato (chopped)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instruction

  • Brown hamburger in skillet with garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Add in squash, tomato, bell pepper, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Continue cooking on low heat about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
