Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- dash salt (or to taste)
- dash pepper (or to taste)
- 1 medium summer squash (yellow or green)
- 1 medium tomato (chopped)
- 1 medium green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instruction
- Brown hamburger in skillet with garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
- Add in squash, tomato, bell pepper, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Continue cooking on low heat about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
