Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 16 oz candy melts (green)
- red heart sprinkles (red heart shapes)
Instruction
- Lay waxed or parchment paper on baking sheets.
- Put cookies into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbles. Cut softened cream cheese and put into machine. Pulse again until a large ball forms.
- Use a small cookie scoop to portion out this cookie dough into 1" balls. For best results place on cookie sheet and freeze for an hour before continuing.
- In a bowl melt chocolate pieces until smooth. Best in 30 second increments stirring in between until smooth.
- Use a fork to dip the oreo ball into the melted chocolate and tap for excess to drip off. Place on parchment paper and place 1 heart sprinkle on top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm and then serve.
