The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 2 skewers or dowels
  • Yellow fondant
  • Red fondant
  • 21 oz granulated sugar ((3 cups))
  • 21 oz cake flour ((6 cups))
  • 2 TBSP + 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 8 fl oz egg whites ((about 8 large whites))
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 12 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • Gel food coloring ((I used Americolor Leaf Green, Avocado, Lemon Yellow, and Ivory))
  • 6 oz granulated sugar ((7/8 cup))
  • 6 oz cake flour ((1 1/2 cups))
  • 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 fl oz egg whites ((about 3 large whites))
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • Gel food coloring ((I used Americolor Super Red))
  • 6 fl oz pasteurized liquid egg whites ((3/4 cup, see Note below))
  • 24 oz powdered sugar ((6 cups))
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 24 oz unsalted butter (at room temperature (6 sticks))
  • 2 TBSP vanilla extract
  • Gel food coloring ((Leaf Green, Avocado, Lemon Yellow, Ivory, Super Red, and Super Black))
