The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 2 Strips Zucchini
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 Cup Red Pepper Hummus
  • 1 Whole Radish (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Slices Gluten Free Artisan Oat Bread

Instruction

  • Lightly salt and pepper the zucchini and drizzle with olive oil.  Place on an outdoor grill on medium high and grill 1 minute on each side.Toast the Gluten Free Oat Bread.  Begin layering the sandwich with the red pepper hummus.  Next add the sliced radishes.  Finish by topping with the grilled zucchini.Serve and enjoy!
