The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2-- 1-pound pork tenderloin, trimmed.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon sage (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon tarragon (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme (divided)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 anchovy fillets (drained and finely minced (this really does add to the flavor))
  • 3 multi-colored bell peppers (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.)
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup polenta -- not instant
