The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2-- 1-pound pork tenderloin, trimmed.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 Tablespoon sage (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon tarragon (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon peppers
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme (divided)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 anchovy fillets (drained and finely minced (this really does add to the flavor))
- 3 multi-colored bell peppers (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces.)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup polenta -- not instant
