  • 8 oz baby bella mushrooms
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 10 oz lo mein noodles (or Spaghetti Noodles, if Lo Mein can’t be found)
