The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Slice Turkey ham
- 2 Pieces Gluten Free bread (store bought or see notes for recipe link)
- 3 Ounces Sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp Butter
Instruction
- Begin by heating a skillet on medium high heat. Add the thick slice of turkey ham to the skillet. Grill 1 minute on each side. Just trying to get some char.Reduce the heat to medium. Assemble the sandwich and half the butter to the pan. Once the butter is melted, add the sandwich to the pan. Cook approximately 3 minutes per side. You will butter the top piece of bread after you first put the sandwich in the pan. If the cheese needs more melting, just put a lid on for a minute and turn the heat all the way down.To serve, cut in half. Enjoy!
