Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1.2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • splash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 4 Buns

Instruction

  • Preheat grill to 375 – 400 degrees F. In a bowl combine all the turkey meat ingredients.  Mix with your hands to form 4 patties.  Place on the grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side.  Remove and place on toasted buns. In a bowl stir all the ingredients for the salsa.  Place on top of the turkey patties and top with the other side of the bun.
