Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.2 pound ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- splash of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 4 Buns
Instruction
- Preheat grill to 375 – 400 degrees F. In a bowl combine all the turkey meat ingredients. Mix with your hands to form 4 patties. Place on the grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and place on toasted buns. In a bowl stir all the ingredients for the salsa. Place on top of the turkey patties and top with the other side of the bun.
