Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 large tomatoes (grilled)
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- 6 oz. prosciutto and salami slices
- 1/2 wedge brie cheese
- Mozzarella balls
- 1/2 loaf French bread (toasted)
- 12 blackberries
- Whole cashews
- Chocolate covered nuts (almonds)
- Basil leaves
Instruction
- Lay the tomato slices on a plate and drizzle with olive oil; add salt, and pepper. Turn them over so they are oiled on both sides. TIP: You can also use cooking spray.
- Heat your grill to hot, and place tomato slices on hot grill for about 4 minutes. Flip using tongs or a spatula. Cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
- On a small tray or wood board, lay down the cheese, meats, tomatoes, berries, nuts, and crostini.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve!
