The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets ((about 4) skin-on or skinless (your choice))
  • Coarse Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp organic coconut oil (or olive oil to brush grill or grill pan)
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 3/4 cup very hot water
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled and cut into pieces (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder))
  • 1/2 Tbsp arrowroot starch (or tapioca)
  • Thinly sliced scallions
  • Toasted sesame seeds
