The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets ((about 4) skin-on or skinless (your choice))
- Coarse Sea salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp organic coconut oil (or olive oil to brush grill or grill pan)
- 2 medjool dates (pitted)
- 3/4 cup very hot water
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled and cut into pieces (or 1/2 tsp ginger powder))
- 1/2 Tbsp arrowroot starch (or tapioca)
- Thinly sliced scallions
- Toasted sesame seeds
