  • grilled pineapple slices ((optional))
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ⅛ cup sugar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ginger (freshly grated)
  • black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoons corn starch
