Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (finely minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet rice wine (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instruction

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag.
  • Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any marinade.
  • Grill chicken thighs 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no pink remains (165°F).
