Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ pounds chicken thighs
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon sweet rice wine (optional)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
Instruction
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine chicken and marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag.
- Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade and discard any marinade.
- Grill chicken thighs 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no pink remains (165°F).
