Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds large sweet potatoes
  • Olive Oil in a sprayer (Extra Virgin, I used a Misto)
  • Kosher Salt
  • Pepper

Instruction

  • Boil sweet potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until tender. Allow to cool. Cut into wedges and place on a baking tray. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill about 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt again.
