  • 4 oz mushrooms (, sliced and sauteed for 7-10 minutes)
  • 8-10 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice (, cooked al dente (according to the instructions on the package))
  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup olives of your choice
  • 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
