Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 16 oz can refried beans
- 5.6 oz pkg Spanish Rice (and the ingredients to prepare)
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
Instruction
- Prepare Spanish rice according to package directions; set aside.
- Brown ground beef in pan and drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmer over medium heat until liquid is absorbed. Stir in refried beans and salsa.
- Preheat indoor grill (I used my George Foreman).
- On a tortilla, spread a heaping spoonful of meat filling.
- Top with a good scoop of spanish rice and sprinkle with cheese.
- Wrap up burrito style and grill for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.
