Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 16 oz can refried beans
  • 5.6 oz pkg Spanish Rice (and the ingredients to prepare)
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 flour tortillas

Instruction

  • Prepare Spanish rice according to package directions; set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in pan and drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, simmer over medium heat until liquid is absorbed. Stir in refried beans and salsa.
  • Preheat indoor grill (I used my George Foreman).
  • On a tortilla, spread a heaping spoonful of meat filling.
  • Top with a good scoop of spanish rice and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Wrap up burrito style and grill for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream if desired.
