The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 pound steak of your choice
- olive oil
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 3 tablespoons butter (soften)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons chives

Instruction
- Let your steaks come to room temperate for 45 minutes.
- Preheat your grill.
- Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with the Montreal steak seasoning.
- Grill the steak for your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- While the steak is resting make your compound butter. Chop the chives and add them to a small bowl.
- Add the butter, blue cheese crumbles to the bowl and mix well together.
- Plate the steak and top with blue cheese butter compound.
