  • 1 large smoked chipotle pepper (in the can)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup light olive oil or avocado oil
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Stevia (to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
