- 1 tablespoon fresh Ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika ((can substitute regular paprika))
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pour marinade in gallon zip lock bag with 2 steaks, ensuring they are fully coated and refrigerate 2-8 hours.
