- grilled steak, (rested and thinly sliced)
- 3 heads of Romaine lettuce, (ends trimmed, but core left intact)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, (divided)
- 1 baguette or french roll, (split lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, (shredded or grated)
