Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 medium summer squash
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt

Instruction

  • Start by washing the squash and cutting the ends off. Slice the squash lengthwise in 1/4" slices and lay the slices on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Grill squash 2-3 minutes on each side at about 400 degrees.
