Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 medium summer squash
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Instruction
- Start by washing the squash and cutting the ends off. Slice the squash lengthwise in 1/4" slices and lay the slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill squash 2-3 minutes on each side at about 400 degrees.
