The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 lb Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Greek Seasoning
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes (diced)
  • ⅓ cup English cucumber (diced)
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives (chopped)
  • ¼ cup purple onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh, or ½ tsp dried)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)

Instruction

  • Heat grill to 400 degrees F. and brush/clean grates, rub grates with oil to prevent sticking if necessary.
  • Rub down salmon filets with 1 tsp olive oil, then season with Greek seasoning. Place on hot grill, skin-side down, for 5 to 6 minutes, then carefully flip and continue cooking on other side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
