Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ripe avocado (halved and pit removed)
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana table cream (or sour cream)
- juice of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 cups coleslaw mix (or thinly sliced cabbage)
- ¼ of a small red onion (sliced thin)
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 small jalapeño (seeds removed and minced)
- juice of 2 limes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chile powder (New Mexico or ancho would be great)
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- juice of ½ lime
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 4 4-ounce wild salmon fillets (skin on)
