The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ripe avocado (halved and pit removed)
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup Cacique® Crema Mexicana table cream (or sour cream)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix (or thinly sliced cabbage)
  • ¼ of a small red onion (sliced thin)
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 small jalapeño (seeds removed and minced)
  • juice of 2 limes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chile powder (New Mexico or ancho would be great)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 4 4-ounce wild salmon fillets (skin on)
