Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Stick Unsalted butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Brown sugar (Packed)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp Natural liquid smoke flavoring
  • 3/4 Tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Center cut salmon fillet (About 2 lbs), skin on, one piece

Instruction

  • Combine butter, honey, brown sugar, lemon juice, liquid smoke and red pepper flakes in a saucepan. Cook over med. heat, stirring, until smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Cool to room temp. Arrange salmon in a large dish. Pour cooled marinade over it, let stand 30 minutes, turning once. Prepare hot coals for grilling. Oil grill well. Cook salmon, skin side up, over med. heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn. Cook until fish flakes easily, about 5-7 minutes more. Transfer to a warm platter and serve immediately.
