Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 Tbsps Canola oil
  • 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instruction

  • Scrub potatoes under running water and pat dry.
  • Halve potatoes lengthwise and brush cut surfaces with oil.
  • Place sesame seeds on a plate. Dip cut surfaces of potatoes in seeds to coat.
  • Peel garlic cloves and cut into thin slices.
  • Put 1-2 slices garlic between 2 potato halves and wrap firmly in aluminum foil. Place directly on the hot coals of a heated grill and cook until potatoes are tender, 30-40 minutes. Serve hot from the grill with dipping sauce, if desired.
