The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 Portobellini mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp of fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt/ crushed black pepper
  • 2 Cups of mixed greens and micro greens (or greens of your choice)
  • 1 1/2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled fresh goat feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic cream
