Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons raw coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 ounces boneless pork chops
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
Instruction
- In a blender combine the ingredients for the marinade. Pour over pork chops and allow to marinate for at least a half hour.
- Heat up a grill pan and and cook pork chops until cooked throughout.
- Meanwhile in a large pan cook the coconut aminos, peppers, onions, garlic and ginger.
- Once the peppers are getting soft add in the pineapple.
- Chop your pork chops into bite size pieces and add into the mixture of peppers and pineapple.
- Cook for about 2 minutes together before serving.
