Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 boneless pork chops,  6oz (180gr) each
  • Marinade:
  • 3 tbs orange marmalade
  • 2 tbs dry sherry
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instruction

  • In small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the marinade.
  • Spoon over chops and let marinate for 15 minutes (or longer).
  • Remove chops from marinade (reserving marinade) and cook on barbecue 15 – 20 minutes turning once.
  • Put marinade in a small saucepan and heat to boiling.
  • Spoon over chops and serve.
