Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 boneless pork chops, 6oz (180gr) each
- Marinade:
- 3 tbs orange marmalade
- 2 tbs dry sherry
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs ketchup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instruction
- In small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the marinade.
- Spoon over chops and let marinate for 15 minutes (or longer).
- Remove chops from marinade (reserving marinade) and cook on barbecue 15 – 20 minutes turning once.
- Put marinade in a small saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Spoon over chops and serve.
